The leaves are changing, the air is chilling, and we’re ready to cozy up with our cats and a tall stack of books, which means… it’s time for another Queer Book Fair!

Hive Mind Books is teaming up with our friends at Dromedary Coming Out bar in Bushwick to create a pop up queer and trans bookstore curated by Hive Mind, paired with a read-in at the bar. Stop by to browse books and then hang out with fellow readers. It’ll be happy hour all night at Dromedary, with specials on food and drink for you.

We’ll have tables full of novels, poetry, history & culture, romance, sci fi, memoir, classics, some new releases, and plenty more hand-picked book selections, all by and for queer and trans readers. We’re digging deep and ordering up as many books as possible. We hope to have at least a few titles you haven’t seen before.

After browsing, hang out and read at Dromedary. Dive into your new book or chat with other readers. What we love most about these events is watching people make new friends. All you have to do is ask that stranger next to you, “What are you reading?”

Totally free to attend, no purchase necessary to hang out and read. Bring good vibes and tips for bartenders. We’ll have KN-95 masks on hand if anyone would like one while they’re here.

As always, a portion of our sales will be donated to Palestine Children’s Relief Fund.
